What to expect after ad material submission

We will review the materials and create a proof which will be emailed to you in PDF format. Please check all details of the proof, including spelling, capitalization, logo placement, legibility, etc. since once the ad is approved it may not be possible to make changes, depending on the current program production stage. If the changes are not possible for the current program, we will ensure that they go into effect for the next show of the season.
Once we receive the approval from you, the ad will be included in the program(s) and will be forwarded to the printer.

Ad material submission deadlines

Our current deadline for the first show of 2018 is October 11th, 2019. By this date, all ad purchases need to be submitted, and approved. If the deadline is not met due to the advertiser failing to submit necessary materials or approving by the deadline, the ad may not be included in the current show programs. You will still receive all other benefits offered at your specific sponsorship level.
