Advertising Submission Guidelines

Thank you for supporting our Theatre Program as a Corporate Sponsor!

Highlands Theatre is grateful for your generosity, and we at SRO are here to ensure that your organization or business receives the best exposure and the highest impact possible for your advertising budget. Please use the guidelines below to prepare your ad submission. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to David, our Sponsorship chair.

Print advertising file submission guidelines

If you already have a print-ready ad layout, please send it in the following formats if available: PDF, EPS, PSD, JPG, TIFF, PNG.
If you do not have a print-ready ad layout, please email your logo (if applicable or available), as well as any text that you would like on the ad.
Any images or logos in the ad should be at least 300dpi. if you are not sure, simply supply the image that looks biggest and best quality on your screen and we will take it from there.

If you have artwork formats not listed above, please feel free to send and we'll take a look.

Ad dimensions
Full page ad for Platinum and Gold sponsors - 5.5" W x 8.5" H
Half page ad for Silver sponsors - 5.5" W x 3.5" H
Quarter page ad for Bronze sponsors - 2.75" W x 3.5" H

What to expect after ad material submission

We will review the materials and create a proof which will be emailed to you in PDF format. Please check all details of the proof, including spelling, capitalization, logo placement, legibility, etc. since once the ad is approved it may not be possible to make changes, depending on the current program production stage. If the changes are not possible for the current program, we will ensure that they go into effect for the next show of the season. 
Once we receive the approval from you, the ad will be included in the program(s) and will be forwarded to the printer.

Ad material submission deadlines

Our current deadline for the first show of 2018 is October 12th, 2018. By this date, all ad purchases need to be submitted, and approved. If the deadline is not met due to the advertiser failing to submit necessary materials or approving by the deadline, the ad may not be included in the current show programs. You will still receive all other benefits offered at your specific sponsorship level.
